Brewsmith is a specialty coffee roaster and coffee bean supplier in Johor Bahru, roasting fresh espresso and filter beans for Johor Bahru cafés from our Kota Southkey roastery. We also supply cafés across Malaysia and in Singapore. Founded in 2017 by the 2015 Malaysian AeroPress Champion, we roast in small batches on our Stronghold, with care and attention on every batch.

Coffees for your menu

  • Espresso: single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Ethiopia, roasted medium to medium-light for espresso, whether you serve it straight or with milk.
  • Filter: light-roasted single origins from Kenya, Nicaragua and Ethiopia. 2026-crop lots for a pour-over menu with real origin character.
  • Custom blends: a house blend developed with you, for your menu and your equipment, roasted to the same standards as our own coffees.
  • Private labelling: our coffee, under your café's own brand.

  • Dialling in. We'll help you set recipes for your machine, grinder and menu.
  • Staff training. Hands-on barista training so your team pulls a consistent shot with confidence.
  • SOPs. Clear, practical procedures your team can follow every shift.
  • Equipment. Advice and supply for new and growing cafés. See our machines and grinders.
  • Roast your own. As the official Malaysia distributor for Stronghold roasters (S2, S7 Pro, S7X, S8X, S9X), we can help you roast in-house when you're ready. Installation is included, and you can see the S7X and S9X at our Johor Bahru roastery.

Do you supply cafés outside Johor Bahru?

Yes. We supply cafés across Malaysia and in Singapore. West Malaysia deliveries usually take 1–2 business days; other times vary by courier and are confirmed on enquiry.

Can we get samples before ordering?

Samples are arranged case by case after enquiry. Tell us about your menu and equipment and we'll suggest coffees to try.

What is the minimum order?

How is wholesale priced?

Wholesale pricing is on enquiry and depends on your coffees and volume.
