Great coffee doesn't need to be changed. It needs to be understood. That is why Brewsmith roasts all our own coffee on Stronghold in our Johor Bahru roastery, and why we became the official Malaysia distributor for this Korean-engineered range of smart roasters, with distribution rights from Stronghold's Singapore main office. Our advice comes from daily roasting, not a brochure.

- 1-year warranty. Covers manufacturer defects (normal wear and tear isn't included).

Why Stronghold
Three kinds of heat, one tower drum. The patented tower drum turns the beans with agitating blades while hot air (convection), halogen lamps (radiant heat) and the drum itself (conduction) develop each bean evenly, inside and out. X-Series models add a drum heater you control on its own.
Roastware built in. Program roasting by origin, process and roast level, or full manual control. Every roast profile is logged automatically, so you can review and refine your roasting.
100% electric. No gas installation needed. Beans cool to room temperature in under 90 seconds. Every model works on Malaysian power, and we'll go through your site's electrical and ventilation needs with you.

S2: sample roasting and micro-batches
