Shipping 
Your coffee are roasted to order. It can take up to 7 days to get your order out of our roastery and transportation period are around 3-5 days.

Domestic
Our roasting days are currently Monday – Wednesday. 
Your coffee may be roasted up to 48 hours prior to it being picked up by the courier. We recommend drinking our coffee between 5 and 28 days after roasting.

Domestic orders are shipped using preferred courier partner Pgeon Prime and other local couriers. For deliveries within West Malaysia, Pgeon Prime usually are able to make delivery within 2 working days; when service are not available by Pgeon Prime, we will engage other available couriers, and they may take up to 5 business days for deliveries. Your tracking number will be sms to you directly from the shipping partner when your order is dispatched. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact number.

REFUND POLICY
All our coffees are cupped and scored before sending out. We pride ourselves in the high quality control protocols we have in placed, to make sure that only the best coffee are sent to you. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. However, should you have any dissatisfaction, do not hesitate to email us at brewsmithcoffee@gmail.com
