A natural 74158 from West Guji, Oromia, grown at 2,250–2,400 masl. Kumquat and violet lead into black tea and cocoa — a layered, elegant filter coffee from the 2026 crop.
Dasaya is a quality label rather than a single washing station; the name stands for "Dawala Samayawi", meaning "purple wind chime", and the station behind it changes from lot to lot. This lot comes from a remote micro-region of Oromia's West Guji zone, from a station above 2,300 metres. A Grade 1 natural dried on African raised beds, it gives a cup of kumquat, violet, black tea and cocoa.
Recommended brew: Pour-over (V60, Kalita Wave), batch brew or AeroPress
