Produced by Tesfaye Bekele across the Dida Hora Burqa and Wate Musuka stations in Uraga, Guji, this washed Kurume is grown at 2,000–2,400 masl. Jasmine, nectarine, marmalade and honey make for a floral, bright and sweet cup.
This Gogogu comes from Tesfaye Bekele of Suke Quto and is grown in Gogogu kebele, in the Uraga district of Guji, at 2,000–2,400 metres. From the 2025/26 crop, Tesfaye began running his own dry mill in Addis Ababa. Kurume cherries picked between December and February are pulped at the Dida Hora Burqa and Wate Musuka stations, fermented for 36–72 hours and dried for 13–15 days on raised beds, giving a washed Guji cup of jasmine, nectarine, marmalade and honey.
Recommended brew: Pour-over (V60, Kalita Wave), batch brew or AeroPress
